Genuine Student (GS) Requirement
This includes:

1. Academic Background: Providing transcripts and certificates to show you meet course entry requirements.

2. Language Proficiency: Demonstrating English language skills through recognized tests like IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE Academic if your course is in English.

3. Intent to Study: Submitting a statement of purpose explaining why you chose Australia, your academic and career goals, and how the course fits your plans.

4. Financial Capacity: Showing you can cover tuition, living expenses, and other costs for your stay in Australia.

The Student Guardian Visa (Subclass 590) is a temporary visa that lets a parent, legal guardian, or eligible relative stay in Australia to care for and support an international student who holds a Student Visa (Subclass 500) and is under 18 years of age (or in some exceptional cases, older but needing support) while they study in the country.
